Exfoliates your elbows twice a week, use a loofah under legs exfoliating scrub like sugar scrub to lighten dark elbows. The skin on elbows is rough and much thicker
then the rest of your body if you do not exfoliate the skin regularly it will appear darker even when it is completely clean. Additionally cracks on elbows will hold dirt and results in the dark elbow skin.
Take the half lemon and rub n the dark elbow for about 5 minutes. Leave your elbows as it is for about 3 to 4 hours after which scrub your elbow with a rough towel and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat this process for about 2 to 3 times in a week. You can also use coconut oil on lemon if you have sensitive skin.
Take 2 tablespoons of yogurt, add 2 teaspoons of vinegar in it and mix it well. Apply this mixture on the dark elbows, you can also cover up the cloth around the elbow to grasp the mixture, leave it for at least 20 to 30 minutes, and then wash it off with water.
